Tasek Emas Enterprise has found by Dzulhaire Saudin on May 2003. He was a student of Institusi Kemahiran Mara. He runs this business because he likes to be a self employer. He gets help from Giat Mara in terms of loan and skills. To gain more skills in business, he participated in any courses, workshop and attended seminar. Those activities were held by Jabatan Perikanan, Jabatan perindustrian Sabah, Sirim, Malaysian Science and Technology (MOSTI) and so on.

In the other hand, to promote his product he participated in several expo such as Groom Big 2010, SIE 2010, Sabah Best Expo, SDSI, and Hari Peladang dan Penternak. These expo was held by

MITI, Kerajaan Negeri Sabah, Sabah Consultan.This building situated at Desa Sri Taman Laya-Laya and it is built on the site of 3 acres of owned land. He have ten (10) workers for this moments since his capital income is not that large to cover many worker.

Tasek Emas Ent. is actually a manufacturer of food or more accurately the small and medium sized industries (SMIs). Amongs product manufactured here are keropok Tiram, kupang, ikan, Lekor and sos Lekor. This company also conduct fish farming where they are raising Tilapia, mussels and oyster at Tambalang River of 2 acres and 10 cages.

Other than as an additional raw material for the company production, this activity is also attract tourist from Rasa Ria Resort nearby. Realizing the opportunity, Mr. Dzulhaire also open the area for travel activities.

Recently, Tasek Emas Ent. organized a courses on fish based-production. This course helps student of Giat Mara gain experience and skills in production operation.
